Phills was a first team All-Southwestern Athletic Conference and second team All-Louisiana selection in 1991. He finished his career with 1,922 points for a 17.0 average. He averaged 28.4 points (6th in nation) in 1991, 20.1 points in 1990, and 13.5 points in 1989. He led the nation with an average of 4.39 three-point field goals made per game in 1991. He also averaged 3.21 steals (9th in nation) in 1991 and 3.61 three-point field goals made per game (8th in nation) in 1990. His single game scoring high was 52 points. |
