LOUISIANA BASKETBALL HALL OF FAME
Holland was a second team All-American selection in 1975. He was also a two-time All-Louisiana selection. He was selected to the NCAA Division II Final Four All-Tournament team in 1975 and was a two-time MVP of the NCAA Division II South Regional tournament. He finished his two-year career as the second leading scorer in UNO history, with 1,346 points for a 22.8 average. He had an 84.1% career free throw percentage. He averaged 25.2 points (9th in nation) in 1975 and 20.3 points in 1974. His single game scoring high was 42 points. He led UNO to two straight appearances in the NCAA Division II Final Four.
